Blue Strategies - Sustainability Agency raises awareness and generates action to create different ways to relate with the planet we live on.

Our goal is to support different type of organizations towards sustainability, helping with the transition, taking a deep dive into the ocean of sustainability opportunities, and creating long-lasting regenerative and positive impacts.

We believe that the most profound, lasting, and beneficial changes occur when the desire for transformation comes from the heart of a person or organization.To achieve such significant transformation, we must first unlearn many beliefs and conceptions that act as barriers to a full and true connection with nature and all that our planet provides. We believe it is essential to reconnect with earth through meaningful experiences, which in turn help us understand the importance of minimizing our impact on the environment and working to create a fairer and kinder experience for our fellow humans and the planet we inhabit.

Planet Earth is our shared home and Blue Strategies believes that as global citizens, we have the global responsibility of taking care of it.

Manuela Guzman L - Founder

Business Manager. Passionate about Sustainability, Impact and Regeneration. 🌎

I am a systems thinker. I love analyzing global trends and how these trends affect our current systems, and how by changing the way we do business, we can also change our world to thrive.

My innate strategic approach, combined with my creative soul, enables me to simplify complex problems and create effective solutions. I am a fast learner, and I like to embrace challenges when they push me to be more inventive and creative.

With experience working only in start-ups and scale-ups - and only in the impact space - I have worn many hats, from chief of staff managing a 30+ remote and diverse team, to doing strategy, research, project manager, marketer, community manager, and others. In 2018, I founded Blue Strategies, my own Sustainability Agency.

As a Colombian who aspires to be a global citizen, I believe in the power of diversity and equality to create a fairer and better world.

During my free time, I am an ocean advocate and well-being enthusiast: I engage and support initiatives that promote conscious relationships with ourselves, others, and our planet.
